and when u download their loader it download sketchy shit and before they were giving dll without setup thing so if anyone has a few minutes to spend to reverse engineer their loader and give the dll only ?

No need to as the "riseinstaller.exe just installs the exe at where you want it to" so I just saved the exe to my desktop and uploaded it here.
