Marketplace Rules

• Only digital goods are allowed to be sold.
• The sale of any illegal goods is strictly prohibited (e.g. stolen databases, credit cards, logs, etc.).
• If a product can be generated or reused multiple times, it must be posted in the Black Market section.
• This section is only for digital goods that are limited or can be exhausted (one-time use or limited supply).

Middleman Services
Due to high demand, we are introducing a middleman service to provide a safer way to complete transactions, especially for invite codes.

Fees:

• Minimum fee: 10 EUR
• For deals above 100 EUR: 10% of the total transaction
• The middleman fee is deducted directly from the received funds before releasing payment to the seller.

General Principles:
The middleman acts as a neutral third party to ensure that both buyer and seller fulfill their agreed conditions. The service is strictly based on predefined and objective requirements.

Before any transaction begins:

• Both parties must clearly define their objectives (e.g. "valid invite code", "source code with X function", etc.).
• All objectives must be precise, measurable, and agreed upon by both parties.
• The middleman will act strictly according to these agreed conditions.

Transaction Flow:

1. Agreement Phase
   • Both parties agree on what is being sold (e.g. invite code, account, source code, etc.).
   • Conditions required for successful completion.
   • Any additional verification or assurance requirements.
2. Transfer Phase
   • The buyer sends payment (crypto only) to the middleman.
   • The seller provides the digital good (e.g. invite code) to the middleman.
3. Execution & Verification Phase
   For invite-based transactions, the middleman mayprovide a specific assurance process:
   • A new account is created using the provided invite code.
   • A fresh email address is generated for this purpose.
   • The account may be created using the buyer’s IP address via a proxy connection to reduce the risk of bans.
   • The middleman verifies that the account is functional and meets the agreed objectives.
   • Proxy & Fingerprinting Notice:
   • Use of proxy is optional, not mandatory.
   • Without proxy usage, there is a risk of fingerprinting (IP/device mismatch), which may result in account bans or restrictions.
   • The proxy solution is open-source and available for review by the buyer.
4. Completion Phase
   • If all conditions are met:
     • The buyer receives the digital good.
     • The seller receives payment (minus the middleman fee).
   • If conditions are not met:
     • The transaction is terminated.
     • The buyer is refunded the full amount held by the middleman.
     • The middleman does not take any fee in this case.
     • Only cryptocurrency transaction/network fees are deducted from the refund.

Default Termination:
If the agreed conditions are not met or the result differs from what was defined, parties may upon agreement derogate from it:

• The transaction is terminated.
• The buyer is refunded the full amount held by the middleman.
• The middleman does not take any fee in this case.

How to Start a Middleman Service
To initiate a middleman transaction, the following steps must be followed:

1. Join the official Discord server.
2. Create a ticket and provide all required details about the transaction (buyer, seller, product, objectives, and conditions).
3. Both parties must confirm and agree to the terms within the ticket.
4. Select a middleman from the available options if not selected first one available will conduct the deal.

The selected middleman will then proceed with the transaction according to the agreed conditions.

Important:

• All communication and agreements must be documented within the ticket.
• Transactions started outside the official ticket system are not covered by the middleman service.
