this is due to new vac anticheat update that made some aimbots detectable, so sharkhack devs are trying to "humanize" the aimbot more for security's sake

yea they're never figuring it out, they're dumb pasters that cannot for their life write the correct mouse delta to the user command for viewangle changes
the whole cheat is detected as is, there's no point in using this whether it be paid or free, keep using detected cheats and keep contributing to valve's metrics y'all cheat consumers (slur)
