After the new UI revamp on hackvshack.net, I think it'd be nice to see a couple more additions. After all, what's a revamp without some new features?

Here are a few suggestions I'd like to share with @Plisskien. Hopefully some of them are worth considering.

- Outdated cheat archive system
Add a system where outdated cheats can be manually reported by users, automatically detected by bots (inactive threads, no updates, etc.), or reviewed by staff and moved into an archive.
- More thread prefixes
Add more tags like Maintained, Discontinued, Archived, Detected, Undetected, Open Source, etc.
- Better thread information
Show things like last update date, supported versions, and current status.
- More customization
Allow users to change themes/accent colors to make the forum feel more personal.

If anyone agrees with these ideas, feel free to comment below or add your own suggestions.
Of course, @Plisskien, no rush. We don't want you getting exhausted or overwhelmed while working on everything. :)

  • The archive system is redundant. Threads are simply closed with the information above them, which is clear enough.
  • I like the idea of adding more prefixes (e.g. opensrc). I'll include them, but I'll leave prefixes until the end since they aren't a high priority.
  • Better thread information is up to the thread owner. I don't see the point in forcing thread owners to add extra information. (it's their choice)
  • As for theme customization, I could add something, but I don't see much practical value in it.
In summary, the only suggestion I'll consider is adding more prefixes.
