looking further at your link it appears they have taken the 2023 legacy skeet free that you could just get on this site and claim to have updated it

yeah i know it's the 2023 legacy skeet free but im not sure if its safe
some people experience crashes when launching skeet freeed from this forum so it could be an alternative (i didn't test it)

So we don't recommend fully trusting them just cause their first release got through the approval inspection
