Discussion banned on fatality bc VM!

hello everyone since i got inv to fatality i buyed after 20min an sub so i started the injector and it sayed that "its prohibited to start in vm! restart ur computer"
so i restarted yesterday the hole day long nothing but now i got banned "under investigation" what can i do next ,is my acc banned do i get my money back?
im new to fata so any help can mybe resolve my problem my dicord is 4_white

probably not even safe, they had a security check which if fails, it puts a script on ur start-up which shutdowns ur pc :'D
