So first I recommend using a VPN and Firefox for this, mostly bc of security, to ensure you don't get IP banned or smth

So, you and I know that creating steam accounts is tedious and boring as gosh, so I personally recommend (100% biased tbh) using steamgen
You do need to pay for the account generator if you want to do this as fast as possible it's not that expensive, you can generate about 3 accounts per ip without getting limited by the captcha solving API (ill add and api-less solving method later on) which is wit.ai, you can use Proton VPN to generate the accounts

Then you can choose between these 2 cases:
The best one imo is milspec bc u can open 2, and you get out of the way 2 out of the 4 openings you need to upgrade your skins
And just do that until you get to the 4 rolls then upgrade your skin until you get to the one you want (this will take time and a lot of accs that's why I recommend steamgen)
Finally, withdraw your skin and there you go!
