The zip has many files and from my checks everything seems to be from vmprotect ( Signatures etc ),
So its safe to say yes this is quite safe ( ofc we also checked if it does anything sus but nothing was found ).

It is confirmed to be safe.

VT is never tbh a good indication,only for stuff like actual stealers since stealers hidden inside lets say vmprotect in one of the dlls or so can be hidden etc + VT does give false results often.

BUT for full safety just use some sandbox tool for it like sandboxie and so on

Edit: I did a little check what file are you checking? every file i checked rn i was able to find fast seemed pretty safe 99% of them with 0/72 etc
