Info group gets banned after giving ownership to alt?

today i gave my group ownership to my alt account which doesn't have anything bought on it but has 2 vac bans (tf2 and csgo)

then when i left the group with my main the group got banned:

idk why this could be other than that accounts that don't meet the requirements for most features in steamcommunity cant own a group or be in a group by themselves so they get banned, but oh well!

That's honestly really weird, what is VALVE is not allowing VAC'd accounts to own and or create groups?

vac'd accounts can create groups, it's just that my alt doesn't meet the minimum requirements for key community features.
