This is a complicated thing to do since, depending on how the cheat was created, you have to update signatures or offsets in the cheat. Rifk7 was a good cheat created by somebody with experience, thus I assume there are signatures that you have to update. But here's the problem. Firstly, you have to locate these signatures, and they might be obfuscated, since it's an industry standard to hide all strings. Secondly, you have to know the updated signatures, which you could find on GitHub for example. After that, the cheat should work, but maybe during this period more things have changed, and there would be a need to do more things. Thus, if you don't have experience in that, there's really no point in updating it. At the same time, hvh features from 2021 won't work for 2023, so playing hvh would just be painful.
