I do not know how to see if something is safe or a rat so I am taking the words of others. You might be right so I dont know for sure.

i have fix prob, dont change your client version from 659 to 2000258 in steam.inf, if you not changing it idk then, valve do something with csgo and now client version thing fixed or something like that
